Driver safety course - no certificate!

I recently spent three hours completing the driver safety course and I’m unable to download my certificate because AARP claims they have no record of my drivers license number. How. Do I get my certificate so I can report completion to my insurance company?

Hi @MaryK9918 , Did you call AARP and they have no record of you taking it? I’m not familiar with with it, but maybe someone else here has taken it. Was it done via an outside AARP link, that you navigated from here to get to?
