Does the SafeTrip app take into account EV one-pedal operation and use of regen to decelerate?

I just started using the SafeTrip app today. I got low scores for “hard braking” as well as rapid acceleration. I have an EV, so braking is mostly done using one-pedal “regen”. I do not feel that I had to actually brake hard on my trips, despite the description of what the app considers “hard braking”. I think it is not taking this features of EVs into account.

Also, rapid acceleration is actually a safety feature. To be be able to merge safely, rapidly accelerating into the next lane helps prevent other cars from having to react to a slow merge. Again this is more of an EV issue because of their quick acceleration ability.
