Car Insurance by Hartford extremly expensive

just received a quote from Hartford for car insurance in Portland Oregon

Their quote is by far (90%!) more expensive compared to other proposals and this is despite my AARP membership , my age and clean record, AARP and Hartford promises to provide lowest rates.

I there another company to check to get competitive car insurance rates for over 65?
