Question

Can’t reconnect my fitbit to rewards program

Fitbit has become Googlehealrh. I got a notice that I have to update my partner apps (AARP rewards) by October 31sr. I came to AARP to do so. I didn’t see a way to do it, so I disconnected my Fitbit and tried to reconnect. When I did so, I was taken to a page at Fitbit.com instead of google health that gave me an error.  How can I reconnect?’

@k380494p , on my Android Cell Phone Google is now Health Connect which is working fine with me receiving my daily Rewards points for walking. NOT sure if you would setup the same way on Fitbit.

@k380494p , let me know IF you want my help with CONNECTING "Health Connect" to your AARP Rewards Account. Lol, at age 68, I had given up on all this when Google changed. But last month finally sat down & Googled and found out what to do. Good Luck 👍 , Nicole (General Help Forum)

One last thing @k380494p & anyone else SWITCHING to Google's "Health Connect". Once you have linked it to your AARP Rewards Account, at least for me on an Android Cell = you have to be LOGGED into your AARP app in order to receive your DAILY points for whatever "activity" you are doing. I went ahead & removed the AARP app from my phone. Hate clutter on my phone screen. Lol, I still walk, just NO longer do it on AARP's terms to receive points. I luv that you get EXTRA points at the END of the month if you met the required effort. Anyway, good luck All. Good to keep moving. 👍
