AARP SafeTrip Rewards don't transfer to my Rewards

Why don’t the points I receive using the SafeTrip app transfer over to my Rewards account to use to enter Sweeps and Instant Wins????

    ​@MarottaTr , call the AARP Rewards Customer Service. Their number is "different" from the AARP Customer Service. Their number is (866)451-6305. AARP is open weekdays 8am ET to 8pm ET. Closed weekends.
