Spin to Win not working again

I know that error from past tries, but I didn’t have any problems just now

Hi, It still happens to me too, but I accidentally discovered that when I close my browser - with the bad request screen/tab still open - then open the browser again, it magically opens to the correct spin page almost all the time. Sometimes I have to repeat 2 or 3 times & occasionally try again after an hr or so. 

Also, i bookmarked the actual spin page with the spin button on it - instead of the enter screen. Am using an ipad with safari browser.

They (AARP) know this doesn't work with Chrome or Explorer. Try opening Firefox then typing https://sweeps.aarp.org/5ksweeps/

I have the same thing happening.  Sometimes it will work if 1-  log out and back in 2-  restart phone 3- clear browser history.  4- clear cookies 5- turn off phone for at least 10 minutes----- or a combination of these.  Go figure!!!!??
