Rummy with my dad

My dad and I are trying to play Rummy together. We can both figure out how to start a private table, but we can't figure out how to invite each other or join the other person's game. The AARP online help says there should be a link that I can send to my dad, but I can't find it. Anyone know how to do this? Or is inviting a specific person to a private table not an option in AARP's Rummy game?

Thanks for the help!

I don’t know the answer myself, so not going to be of any help…but I did want to say how cool it is that you both are doing this together.  I really hope you can get answer to this. 👍😊

@ar12724175, thanks so much for reaching out! It’s great that you want to set up a private table to play with your dad—that sounds like a lot of fun.

Here’s how you can get started:

1. First, create a private table and give it a name. [image1]

Image23. He’ll just need to type in the table name you created, and he should be able to join you right away.

That’s it—you’ll be playing together in no time!

You can also enjoy private games in some of our other card games like Euchre, Go Fish, Pinochle, Spades, and Foon-O. For four-player games, you can invite more family members or add bots to fill the table.

Hope you both have a great time playing together!
