I have won Level 21 several times but it does not progress???????????????
I've been playing Majjong Candy and made the leaderboard twice this morning, but my score won't show there. I'm logged in. This has never happened before, but it's just another downgrade to the games page on this site, combined with the annoying banner and slow load times.
Has anyone else questioned how points are awarded in this little crossword? I finish it, correctly, no typos, in 9 to 10 seconds. Sometimes 7 seconds. I still end up with 20,000 to 30,000 points less than the high for the day. It's not a big deal. I'm not a math genius by any means. Just curious if anyone else has noticed.
I just wanted to post it here because it's the only way I'll ever prove that I finally made it to the very top of the leaderboard. I got screenshots, too, not that this community board will let me insert them. No, I'm not bitter. NOT AT ALL. This happened to me before a year or so ago, and my complaints eventually got a result of "We will temporarily allow high scores of over 100K." By which time other people had beat my record. I'm beginning to see why the best players eventually abandon this game for something else...
Get ready to launch, flip, and score! Hoop Havoc is here, and it's bringing a whole new kind of arcade energy to AARP Games. It’s pinball meets basketball and you’ve got one mission: keep that clock alive. Tap or click to power the flipper and send balls flying toward the hoop. Sink a basket to reset the timer, adjust your tap strength for finesse shots, and don’t forget: shots that fall back through the hoop still count! It’s easy to jump in and chase a new high score, so don’t delay – warm up and play! Have more questions? Check out our FAQ and Game Tip! Did you find this post helpful? It started with that thoroughly obnoxious rug ad that looked like a La Brea tar pit. Now we have models stalking back and forth or shaking their fists or doing whatever it is they're doing to the right of the game that I'm attempting to play. It's impossible to concentrate on the game when the screen to the right is in constant motion. I often just stop in the middle of the game and go elsewhere. Ads before you get a score are bad enough. Ads that purposely distract you while you're attempting to play are to me a bridge too far. I am so sorry that AARP is a party to this. I realize that sites need advertising, but at least members should be free from these terrible ads.
It is really annoying to not earn rewards for solving puzzles quickly.I used to try to see how quickly I could solve Codeword. I eventually realized I needed to just wait to put in the last letter until at least 2:30 minutes had past. There is the same problem with Scramble Words. I just solved it quickly, including a whole bunch of extra words that weren't even targets, and scored my highest ever, over 32,000, and yet, did not reveice any rewards. You are penalized for solving quickly. This is not at all fair.
Joined AARP 6 weeks ago and started earning points from rewards program easily. On day one I attempted to redeem points for rewards offers. Got the dreaded Cannot process your Request Contacted AARP same day. Given the usual runaround including the 10 day period for AARP to investigate. On day 11 still with no progress I chatted with them again expressing my desire to redeem my points that I was now accruing of course daily. Told me hey were still investigating and to give it 3 more days On now the 14th day I was told the 3 day did not count and I had to wait another 10 days but the last 3 days were part of it. Of course this escalation is going nowhere and I was actually told they had no timeline as to when I would be able to redeem my points. I asked them why I should continue to be a PAID member if I cannot enjoy ALL the benefits of the program. They said there are "many" benefits I could access. I explained how the r

Good evening, I have been noticing the Win $26,000 Sweepstakes and I decided to give this a try. However, after several attempts, the error message comes up as "Bad Request" I see the rules for entering the sweepstakes but there is no way to actually ENTER. Please advise the solution for this occurrence. I, for one, would like to participate in these contests that AARP offers. Thank you, Karen D Jennings
In Hoop Havoc, using the flipper well is the name of the game, and prevents you from time-wasting, all-over-the-place shots. Keep in mind when playing that short taps give you low, controlled shots, perfect for quick baskets when the clock is tight. Also, try angling for bounce-backs! Shots that fall back through the hoop count, giving you surprise timer resets. Did you find this post helpful? Give it a kudo to let us know - it helps others discover valuable content too!

I really don't enjoy looking at the daily scores but I can't help it as they are emblazoned in big type face. I play to relax and I'm not competitive but seeing some of these scores I begin to question my cognitive skills. I know I'm not stupid but I wish they could have a setting to hide those.
Since reward redemption came back I was only able to redeem a sweepstakes request the first day. Since then I get the following error message "Unable to process your redemption request". Are others having the same problem?
