Virtual Caregiver support group

​@RanakeaD400073  AARP is now offering virtual, online caregiver support groups! Currently we offer two meetings per week. I facilitate one of the groups and my colleague Jane Lincoln facilitates the other. And we are soon to add more mtg times with additional facilitators!

1. My meetings are on Mondays at 3:30 pm ET and are 90 mins long. 
2. Jane’s meetings are on Thursdays at 7 pm ET and last about 60 mins. 

You can sign up for 5 mtgs at a time and add more every time you attend a meeting. 

You can attend both meetings, or just one regularly. And you can drop in whenever you can - you don’t have to attend every week. It’s whatever works for you. But you do need to register for the meeting ahead of time - although it can right up to the meeting time if there is room in the group. 

We limit the meetings to 10 people. 

There are a wide variety of people and caregiving situations in our meetings, but we all have certain things in common as caregivers! 

You’ll find lots of empathy and support. You can vent, cry, rejoice with the good things that happen ask for resource referrals etc.
