facility denying POA access

Help I need an elder law attorney in Chicago. I have power of attorney over my mom and her facility is denying me access to her.

If you have POA, the facility usually can’t just block you without a legal reason. I’d call an elder law attorney ASAP and also ask the facility in writing why they’re denying access. Sometimes mentioning “attorney” and “ombudsman” makes them suddenly more cooperative.
