free resume help?

I am a newbie. In many aspects: new to AARP, new to Orlando FL vicinity, newly divorced, and now new to the ever so different workforce. 
I am a 59 y/o woman who now needs to rejoin the workforce after being a stay at home wife/mom/grandma for the past 27 years.  I’m lost. 
Does AARP, or anyone, offer free assistance for building a resume for someone in my current situation?   TIA for any guidance you may provide.
