Equifax Lawsuit 😱

Wish I had known about it BEFORE I "missed" the deadline of 9/1/26.

I am fighting with them to UPDATE my address which I have had since 2018. NO success. Still has an OLD address from 30 years ago on my Credit Report as my CURRENT address. 😤

Finally filed a "complaint" with Better Business Bureau yesterday (10/16/26) and saw the notice about the Court Judgement there.
