What is AARP doing to reduce the denial claims %.  I understand that AARP is selling United Healthcare plans and making considerable $ doing this.  If AARP is focused on improving seniors lives, let’s start internally.

After the claims were made, AARP has not responded. Are we working on new metrics to determine vendors that we support?
