Jamba 10% partner discount not working

Is anyone else not able to link their AARP membership to the Jamba Rewards Program? The website does not allow me to log into the Jamba Rewards due to a CAPTCHA error. I'm new to the AARP program and not sure if member benefits don't get deleted/updated often from the site. If this is not a common issue is there a way of notifying/ reporting the issues to both Jamba or AARP?

    @FernandoS898194 Hi Fernando! If you're unable to login to the Jamba website, you may want to try downloading their app. They also have a contact form on their website if you need further assistance: http://www.jamba.com/

      I am also have the same problem and your suggestion to contact Jamba isn’t helpful.  I have the app and there is no place to link aarp membership number so now what?

        @Nan56a If the issue you are having is with the Jamba website or app, you will need to contact Jamba for assistance. Unfortunately, AARP is unable to troubleshoot their tech issues.
