False Advertising - NY Life is NOT Guaranteed Acceptance

Why?  Was this type of insurance not available in your state?

Members can apply for up to $30,000 in life-long coverage. Your acceptance is guaranteed**, and your rates will never go up. This coverage has a two year limited benefit period.

Or maybe you could be over the age of 85 (80 in some places) - I think most similar type policies have a high age where they will not write for a person over that age.

It really isn’t false advertising - it is more that the devil is in the details and it is very expensive insurance because of what it is and what one gets in return.
