All of the rewards activities worth 1,050 points don't work

I’ve tried for months to do some of the 1,050 point activities with no luck. I open the page and there’s no link to start or do the activity.  It just says progress 0/10 or something like that but no link anywhere to start doing it. I’ve tried on different devices and no luck. I haven’t done any of these activities already so that isn’t what is preventing it.  What is going on?

    Hi Autumn ​@AutumnH25738 , are you "referring" to the Staying Sharp Activities? If YES, some of the material is ONLY for AARP Members who have SIGNED UP for the AARP Staying Sharp Program.

    Or are you "referring" to the MONTHLY Extra Credit Activities that CHANGE every 1st of EACH month?

    Have you "reported" your issue by calling the AARP Rewards Customer Service? They are OPEN "weekdays" 8am ET to 8pm ET. Closed weekends.

    NO pressure to answer my questions at all. Good Luck! 🤞
