  I am livid!

The verification method requires you type in a sentence on the same device you enrolled in the course. I used my phone. I got through 90% of the stupid course and it decided it couldn't verify me! 90%?!?!?!?

It made me start all over! I am furious. My brain is f%^&ing numb! I want my freaking money back, what a ripoff and waste of 6 hours of my life! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Maybe this whole thing was designed to be part of the test?!  Like when a professor puts instructions at the top of a test and at the end of the instructions it says, if you’ve read all of these instructions, go no further,  turn in your paper, you’re done with this test.  A lesson in who reads instructions and who doesn’t.!

Yes, I’d imagine after all that you went through, you’d be hopping mad.
