AARP Discount for Walmart+ Annual Membership Fees

Am a current Walmart+ member, but membership renewal coming January 1st. Walmart+ has annual fee of $98.00, but AARP has $40.00 discount on this. Have tried numerous times to sign up for this discount through the AARP website, but keep getting the same message, "Looks like your're already a Walmart+ member" and will not allow me to fill out any form necessary or continue on. Have contacted Walmart+ several times and they are unable to do anything. Is there a fix for this? It is very frustrating as it is suppose to be a AARP benefit that we cannot take advantage of...

    Based on past posts I’ve just seen when searching the discussion boards,   It seems that link at times has been glitchy.  Not sure if that’s what you’re running into.

    Always read the small print ~

    Go to this benefits page and (1) read the Disclosure at the bottom and (2) then use the link that says “Already A Member - Login”  -  If you have  the membership that is permitted to be discounted, the discount will become affective the next time it renews.
