➡️[*** MARIA POSTED - I am fortunate that I live 5 minutes away from Kohls, CVS, Walmart, Target, Home depot, Marshalls, Walgreens and 3 major (regional) grocery stores.Home Depot has a lot of items they will deliver for free so I rarely go into the store.

Hi Maria ​@MariaK113398 , I wish CVS had stuff I want & add "distance" to the whole thing. Way TOO MUCH gas. But I "agree" I bet you will win one!!! 🤞

Lol, I already KNOW I will NOT win the Walmart or Lowe's ones, but have "points" I need to UNLOAD before AARP takes them away. 😉 I started out with 10 entries for EACH. Doubt this will continue.

I go to Walmart once a month for NON-food items, so a card would be APPRECIATED.

Lowes or Home Depot, I need a few items, but NOT anything I CANNOT live without. So NOT "holding" my breath on winning the Lowe's.

I have won 3 sweeps in AARP Rewards.  That is getting near once every two years.  The first win was in 2020 and I was certainly able to max out with 10 entries per day.

My last win was over a year ago.  I only played half the entries allowed per day.  I was busy so I missed a few days that entry month but still won a $100 gift card.  I have also happily won a $200 and a $250 sweep along the way.

My points are earned mostly playing Denise all day long (thanks Denise).  I don’t mind really, not yet anyway.  I redeem for my three gift cards early in the month, if possible.  Anyway, I earn about 84,000 points before I start to enter the sweeps.  This gives me the points to use for the next month’s redemptions in my account ready to redeem at midnight on day one, if I want.  So, around 11 days a month, I don’t enter sweeps; I just earn points to replenish my account.

The sweeps have become too expensive IMO.  But, at least, it is expensive for everyone.  There are millions of active rewards members, or so I have read.  However, I do not get the impression that the odds are anywhere near a million to one to win sweeps.  I have read that only a small number of active memebers even bother to enter the sweeps.  I have won 3 Sweeps and that would be wildly unlikely if the odds were that high.   I admit that lightening could have stuck and I could have won a single sweepstakes, however, I have won 3 of them, and remember, I only entered half the allowed entries per day on the last sweep that I won.

And, if I am maxing out points, I can redeem the gift cards, instant wins, and anything else that I want.  I have a lot of extra points (over 135,000 per month).  So, I play the sweeps and I win, eventually.

➡️[*** RENATE POSTED - I already know that they don’t limit the entries on months with 31 days, because for the past few years, I have entered one or two sweeps each month (never won) and have always done 10 entries a day.  On the months with 31 days, they don’t prevent you from doing 10 entries on the last day, which gives you 310 entries for that month.

Renate ​@RenateW69623 , I started late THIS MONTH with the Staples Sweepstakes so will NOT be able to "test" the limit. Also THIS MONTH has ONLY 30 days. Now NEXT MONTH will have 31 & "if" there is a Sweepstake I want to enter, I will do 10 ENTRIES EVERY DAY. Lol, then see what happens on October 31st. 😂 Take care my friend, Nicole 🤗💛

➡️[*** RENATE POSTED - If this is correct, I would hope they would have a max monthly entries limit when you actually enter the sweeps (like they have a max daily limit, where if you try to enter more than 10 a day it won’t let you).  Since they don’t have that, I assume that on months with 31 days, the limit is 310 entries a month, but who knows what is actually going on with this.  And I agree that the alternate entry option is pretty worthless (I don’t know anyone who would spend money on more than a few stamps to enter a contest with such low chances of winning), but I think they are required to have an alternate entry option on contests (I see alternate entry options on all contests I enter, some with mail-in options and some with electronic options).

I DIDNOT know the following until I just READ the info on the Sweepstakes (.pdf).

(1) We are limited to entering 30 times each month. Lol, so I am "guessing" the months that have 31 days = we LOSE one day of using 10 entries.

(2) Now this does NOT make any sense to me & wondering IF anyone has used the ALTERNATE entry option. Info says to "mail in". Sorry, Stamps are TOO EXPENSIVE & with the way the Postal System has been [theft,delays,missing mail] = not for me. Also seems to be a 300 entry limit for this option.
