Guaranteed rewards

Guaranteed rewards that I can actually use [Amazon, Walmart, grocery, drug or hardware stores that do business in my locale; mail order vendors that don't have extremely high shipping & handling fees].  Also, please fix the various earn activities that don't award points (several Staying Sharp videos; several recipe videos; etc.).
