Reward Redemption Issue

Once rewards points are spent on an e-gift card, like for one $5 Lowe’s e-gift card, how long does it take to get an email with the e-card details? I redeemed 25K points for one e-gift card. The site indicated I would receive further details via email. But I haven’t received any information about it. It’s been two days. Yes, I have checked the spam folders. And the email I use on AARP is only used for AARP; I assume that the email address that would be used to communicate details about the card. Also, this email address is one that I can track independently. Nothing has been forwarded to me using that email address.
