These types of errors can be ok for some end-user clients and down for others. If @WebWiseWoman is getting it, and also IS knowledgeable on these things btw, putting a ticket into IT wouldn’t hurt. A person familiar with this who has already done their due diligence, they did that I’m sure, before reaching out to the administrator. Hence the frustration when asked to clear cache.
