Maxed out daily BEFORE doing anything

Everyday after I try to gain new points in the reward program, it says I am maxed out. I click on a video that I have not watched clearly showing the points available as 300. At the conclusion of the video, this same maxed out message appears. I have tried clearing the cache and even going on under ‘private’, I am on an Apple mac. This has been happening for several days. IT IS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Can someone please fix this.

I haven’t tried yet this morning @pg17681053 , but the people at AARP won’t be in until Monday, you’d need to contact them then. I’ll check back here after I try mine, and see if it’s site-wide or not.

➡️ Edit — I was able to do 3 videos and a quiz with points accumulating fine. Reach out via phone or tag one of the mods here on Monday. Sorry this has happened to you.
