I keep getting the "Unable to process your redemption request" error when I try to redeem my points.

 

It has been just for today.

 

I’ve tried with Chrome and Edge - no luck - well , bad luck haa haa

 

I need a shoulder shrug emoji here.

    ​@like92115 , here is their number. They are "different" from the regular AARP Customer Service. (866)451-6305. OPEN weekdays 8am ET to 8pm ET. I had the same thing happen to me & they were very nice!!! Take care, Nicole!
