Question

Gift card site down?

I went to print my gift card I got this morning from AARP Rewards and this is the message I got:

Gift card viewing is temporarily unavailable

We’re sorry. Your eGift card is not available right now. We’re working to restore access as soon as possible.

    Actually, it is the gift card site.  I redeemed Walmart egc's from another site (search/survey rewards that are discounted once a month) and they are also missing the barcode.

    These sites do not use Merkle for their redemptions.

    I checked out at Walmart customer service this afternoon and they were able to use the card number and security code in order to redeem the card.

      When I went in to print mine earlier, all my and my husbands cards came without a bar code.  Maybe they are trying to fix that.

        ​@shamit , probably tomorrow (Monday) before they do with them being off on weekends. Lol, the Merkle AI probably put up the SIGN (waiting for a human). 😅

          Uh oh…. I hadn’t tried to print off the GC I got around midnight.  I’ll try later tonight and see.  Hopefully if not working they’ll get that fixed tomorrow!
