Gift card error

Myself nor my wife can purchase carnival gift card. Keep getting errors to call customer service. I spoke with customer service twice and was told the problem was being fixed.  Still not fixed…

      The gift card portion of the AARP website has been simply horrible for years.  For every gift card I buy, there are at least 4 or 5 errors.  No particular reason, just doesn't go through.  I have called as well and that has never helped.  I am not sure how their IT department has not fixed this error since it has been complained about again and again and again.  Ridiculous.
