Hi Tina, This is Richard Wong, I got an email saying something about a gift card sent to me that hasn't been redeemed yet. It was for the Senior Planet Impact Study, $20 Visa digital gift card.

Can you please advise on this?

Many thanks for your assistance!

Richard

After retiring from a fulfilling teaching career, I soon found myself craving mental stimulation and physical activity. I first visited the AARP Rewards program two years ago, and it has become an integral part of my daily life. I discovered a variety of activities that were educational, motivational, and economical (free!). My favorite "learn and earn" activities for nurturing my mind include playing Word Wipe, completing quizzes, and watching videos (which I do daily). I also enjoy reading the informative and timely articles in the Weekly Webletter and completing the theme- based modules offered monthly as Extra Credit Rewards. My favorite activities for nurturing my body are walking 5000 steps daily (and earning points!), incorporating new exercises from the 10-minute workout videos into my weekly routine, and trying a new healthy recipe each month from the Staying Sharp nutrition videos. Two of the Staying Sharp Challenges, Pursuit of Happiness and Being Present, have provided me with valuable information and introduced techniques that I use daily for nurturing my soul. The AARP Rewards program has played a significant role in my lifelong learning journey, and I look forward to exploring future activities provided by the program which will continue nurturing my mind, body, and spirit❣️

My husband just retired and we're finding new activities to do together through AARP. In fact, AARP has been instrumental in helping us freshen up our lives by offering helpful videos for seniors, and we earn reward points while we're at it. We're travelling and doing more cooking, and we appreciate the advise on learning how to maintain intimacy as we mature. It was a delicate topic to approach, but very fulfilling in our relationship!

Lifelong Learning Earning & Endless Rewards is so true for me. I have to thank you for all I have learned about caregiving. A few years ago, I became my father's caregiver. All I learned came from AARP. I did not know where to begin. I watched all the webinars on caregiving, dementia and Alzheimer's. Took the quizzes also and applying what I watched and learned while earning points.

My father passed & two years later my mother fell & broke her hip, and it started all over again. It was hard and also easy because of what I had learned from AARP. Seven months later my mother

passed. I have put in writing what my (2) sons need to do in case something happens to me

because Alzheimer's runs deep on my father's side of our family. I am continuing learning from

AARP. Earlier this year my oldest son became a member.

I love learning and earning with AARP Rewards. I like earning points with the Daily Crossword, the Daily Mini Crossword and Let's Crossword to stay sharp. I also like the Right On! trivia games to test and increase my knowledge. I often earn points watching the exercise videos with Denise Austin and follow the 10-minute videos targeting different muscle groups, sometimes stringing a few together for a longer, more complete muscle and body workout. To keep my mind sharp while earning points, I answer quizzes and try to beat my last score. I also earn points and get ideas for delicious, healthy dinners, sides, and snacks with the helpful recipe videos, many of which are quick and simple to make, and always easy to follow. I also watch videos to learn new things on a wide variety of topics. I haven't won any of the sweepstakes yet, but sometimes the prize is in the learning itself. It's fun to learn (and earn). Happy hunting for your favorite activities.

I love the quizzes available to us! I usually take the quiz first to see what prior knowledge I have on the topic, then I brainstorm how to apply it positively to my life! And I try to do that in small steps so I’m not overwhelmed.
