What happened to the September sweepstakes?  In September, my wife and I both earned and invested 185,500 points worth of entries in 12 different sweepstakes, all of which were to end on Sept 30, according to the rules printed on the entry page.  Now we see that those same sweepstakes have been extended until Oct 31.  By extending the sweepstakes another month, the value of our September entries is diluted, since the pool of entries will now be so much larger.  Had we known that this extension was going to happen, we would have planned our points investments differently.  Talk about changing the rules in the middle of the game!  Isn't there an obligation to conduct these sweepstakes according to the printed rules?  Should AARP be able to simply say, "Sorry, no winners drawn this month, let's wait a while"?

AAARP Rewards is currently experiencing technical issues impacting the Extra Credit lessons. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work on a resolution.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is what I'm seeing at about ~ 11:30 am est - with of course that big glitch sanjay/ CVS/ B&N Extra Credit lesson; but also notice how they spell   AAARP - make me throw up my arms and shake my head oy vey !!! Update 10-2: finally able to complete first Extra Credit lesson; but lost out on the chance for the CVS gift card. 😐   

 I'd like to make suggestions to AARP Rewards about what we members would be interested in seeing so please post. I would like Kentucky Fried Chicken

Does anyone have a fitness tracker synced and are getting points for steps everyday?  For me, no luck with Fitbit and it seems trackers might not be working for anyone. If successful, please share your brand/model.

 - We are still working hard to earn more points during this time, it has been more than 2 weeks now and I am not sure when the maintenance will be completed, should I continue to earn points? The number of tasks I have done is gradually running out and my score is quite high, I am gradually feeling impatient because I keep earning points without bringing any benefits, I do not know how you feel? Are you still persistent in earning points every day or have you paused and waited for the maintenance to finish to continue earning points?

So now when I try to redeem 50 points to have a chance to win a $10 Gift Card, I get a message that says, " You do not have enough points to redeem this reward" ?!?!?! Even though I have several hundred thousand points!?!?!? Is there anything on this site that actually works?

Same error message, different browser.  It looks like other people are getting a different type of error message when they are trying to redeem points. I'm referring to the instant win free entry method. Note: not the complete error message. I took out the clickable link.

On your "Daily Instant Win" rules sight is listed for $100 Kohl's Gift Card Super Instant Win, however there is nothing in the regular Redeem rewards list and when I click on the "free method of entry" option in the rules, it comes up as "this instant win is not available".So where is it?I'd like to enter, and it's only good for a week (already lost a day). Thank you

AARP pulling coupons from entertainment Inc that are old and outdated. I have reported this before but nothing is done about it. It’s uncomfortable to give a coupon to a business owner and they claim they know nothing about it. I don’t have much local and so far 3 out of 3 aren’t accepted/business not there.

 I have completed the three (2 quizzes, 1 video) points were added to my rewards points and it keeps telling me to complete the assignment which I have and I cannot redeem the gift card. this happens every time at the beginning of the month.

After several attempts to pay for my upcoming cruise using Royal Caribbean virtual gift cards purchased through AARP, they keep getting rejected as "invalid." I followed all the procedures for submitting them to Royal as shown on the certificates and they keep getting rejected such that they will not pay for my upcoming cruise. I spent more time on the phone with Royal today and they told me to check back in another 3 - 5 days as their team works on the problem. My advice to anyone thinking they may save a few bucks by purchasing the discounted gift cards is to think twice about it as you may just be out several hundred dollars as well as wasted time on the phone with nothing to show for it. Just be wary of purchasing the Royal Caribbean virtual gift cards through AARP as they may end up showing up as "invalid" after you have already paid for them.

I am a member but randomly get a message that I did not receive a reward when I completed a game.  It happens every so often and occasionally for all the rewards games.i am signed in, completed the game and there is no reason that rewards aren't  given.
