Smart driver course

The promo for the Smart Driver course states "may be eligible for an insurance discount". It appears this is not the case in OHIO. I received a letter from USAA which indicated this course does not meet the minimum to receive a discount. The  course which I found to be very repettiive was a waste of time and money. I took it to get a discount and I will not be getting one. The certificate does not contain the information needed to get the discount.

good morning I have Farmer for the drive insurance and they don't acepted the certificated for the course that I paid to your company after be infront of my computer for more than 8 hours this is a repo like all what AARP said they doing for our comunity.
