I guess I hoped AARP was monitoring these posts and might jump in. I hate having to call organizations because it inevitably results in sitting on hold.
FYI - I've seen at least two other postings on this topic... I get the "Staying Sharp" email newsletter, and sometimes hold them for a bit before clicking on the article links that I'm interested in. I don't know if that delay is the problem ... but...
