I still cannot Earn points. I cannot do Redemptions. My point balance has gone from 50,000+ to 45! When I try to enter the Sweepstakes, it tells me I need 55 more points (to be eligible for the minimum entry). I have logged out and back in, resta...

Not for me. At Earns, I just get the circle going round and round and round. At Redeem, I just get Try Later. This is an even greater waste of time than usual.

With the exception of the Dashboard, it appears nothing has changed, or it is even worse. We are still getting the same old messages in Redeem ("technical difficulties") and in Earn ("We are experiencing a delay"). At present, it won't even allow m...

You don't understand. I didn't say I had been doing ten videos daily. I said I had been doing 10 daily videos. Of those 10, 8 are now weekly.
