Yes, I have her name, prefer not to post it, but willing to let AARP know if they want it. I have not been able to redeem for about a month and a half. They keep saying tech will contact you. I told them to have tech comtact me regardless of whether...

I have not been able to redeem for quite awhile now. I have called customer service multiple times and they say tech is working on it. One rep even told me I was wasting my time calling. I have points about to expire. Nice to know I wasted my time...

Just wondering what will happen to earned points that are due to expire? You can earn any and you can't spend them while AARP IT figures out what happened on yet another of their, "upgrades". The site seems to crash almost every time IT does an upg...
