I asked them to do that. They only replied that they were working on my account and that I would be notified.

I have not been able to redeem for quite awhile now. I have called customer service multiple times and they say tech is working on it.  One rep even told me I was wasting my time calling.  I have points about to expire.  Nice to know I wasted my time...
