Re: Syncing Fitness Tracker with AARP Now to earn Rewards points

I updated the AARP Now app on my iPhone as the 3.2 version was now available and needed updating.  Still no sync up.  After reading over this topic, I finally deleted my newly updated app and reinstalled it, requiring a log in with password.  That seemed to do the trick for me and I received bonus points for downloading the app!
Now to see if I earn any points for my steps, but that requires taking a few more than I did yesterday.  Does anyone know if other activies are combined or do you have to meet a specific number of steps or specific number of cycling miles to gain reward points???

@andrewtoo   Yes we are seeing users earning the ftitness bonus from Fitbit.  Hopefully, you will see them tomorrow if not let me know so we can help sort it out for you.

Just pulled up my balance and I did receive 100 points for going over 10K steps. Received them today but not sure if this is for today or yesterday because I'm only at ~9,300 steps for today.

Open the app, then click on the AARP tab on the bottom right. That page should have your point total, click on that and it takes you to the page that allows you to sync your fitness.

I actually deleted the app and reloaded it....  so I received the new version... then it worked :-)

Thanks for hanging in there with me - very happy now!

 I just succeeded!

So, I downloaded the new App, relogged in and selected the AARP card on the bottom right corner.  This time AARP rewards was listed right in the middle of the screen. ....  and I clicked on it and from there it allowed me to choose my tracker (apple health) and it synched up nearly immedately.

I hope this helps!
