Also have been having the exact same issues - was praying that when the system was down for 3 weeks in September that maybe someone was fixing these errors - Should have known better!I give up - glad I never did automatic renewal

I also saw that, concluding that the system will be down for several weeks dud to an obvious lack of support

I also have not been able to see any history for months now. Instead got accustomed to tracking the points total daily. For the past week my total reward points are shown as ZERO! Any one else having this issue?
