Vitamin Shoppe Gift Card Value

Thought I was seeing things, card is listed as both $5 and $10 value for 19K points. So, took the chance and bought one, checked the value online and it says card value is $10.

I have noticed that there does not seem to be a logical system of valuing the gift cards. I have also seen the same value of gift card offered twice in a month, but for different reward point values. Sometimes the second time it is offered for more points than the first and sometimes for less.
