I I too didn’t get points for 3 crossword puzzles on 2 days between 2/27-3/5/26. I just spoke to the AARP Rewards people & they gave me my 450 points on Adjustments (I didn’t remember there was an Adjustments choice under Transactions; they reminded ...

Same thing happened to me at least 3 times last week. Seems to have been fixed now, as I did get points for 2 crosswords I did over the weekend

As others have written below, my points for the Starbucks card were taken out immediately but I still haven’t received if (I keep checking every few hrs!) If I haven’t received it by tomorrow 8AM EDT I will call AARP Rewards

That’s a bit harsh. AARP is much more than Rewards Points; I didn’t join AARP just to get free or discounted gift cards. But I suppose if that is the reason someone joined AARP then you might want to cancel your membership; it is true there have been...
