cancelling membership

fyi cancelling the aarp membership does not cancel your rewards account.  Still cannot redeem.  And they will cancel it faster than you can ask but it will still take a few months to see your money.  so much for their escalation.

Nightmare! This is a poorly designed website. User experience is awful - to say the least. There is no way for a member to see their payment history. No way for a member to cancel their membership. Very disappointing. Annoying. Just bad experience all around.

Hi @WW393731  There’s people here who do not have membership but still participate in the discussion and rewards. Before I knew that, I assumed everyone here was a member. Thanks for mentioning that the two are separate.  Which is good to know that remnants can remain when one leaves, so dissolving both is needed.  ✌️👍
