As of 5/20/26, I can attest that the issue is STILL ongoing. I have been trying to purchase gift cards for a few months now.

Today is May 19, 2026. After 4 years, your still still has issues. I'm not sure why someone marked this as "SOLVED" when there are clearly still issues.

Indeed. And as big as AARP is, I am 100% surprised by this. There is no excuse for this many people to be having this many problems with simply trying to buy something on the site.
