ORDERED EBOOK 12/9; RECEIVED 'INVALID' REDEMPTION CODE.
Have spoken to at least 4 AARP agents via phone - one promised I would get new code via email - never happened. Opened accnt with Glose but no reply about problem after 3 attempts. Apparently AARP can't 'fix' problem either and said my 16,000 pts can't be returned to my account of 15 years. Anybody else have problem?? Would appreciate any advice. JJG
