GLOSE E BOOK REDEMPTION

ORDERED EBOOK 12/9; RECEIVED 'INVALID'  REDEMPTION CODE.

Have spoken to at least 4 AARP agents via phone - one promised I would get new code via email - never happened. Opened accnt with Glose but no reply about problem after 3 attempts.  Apparently AARP can't 'fix' problem either and said my 16,000 pts can't be returned to my account  of 15 years.  Anybody else have problem??  Would appreciate any advice.   JJG

@j604956g I'm terribly sorry for the issue you're experiencing with your e book. We were able to escalate this for you on Dec 16 and you can expect to hear back from our escalations team within 3-5 business days.
