Carnival gift card

Please help

i bought carnival gift card. 450$ came out of my account. I do t have gift card and keep getting error message saying to call. I call and was told to try again by clearing cookies and using Chrome.
My name and address is same as membership. This seems to be an ongoing issue. Please help
