AARP REWARD GIFT CARDS NOT SHOWING UP

Ordered 5 of the $500 Carnival gift cards yesterday, it has been 24 hours and they still have not arrived. Rewards is closed today and cruise is tomorrow. I have never had this issue before and don’t know what to do. My CC shows the charge.

@RichardH338481 I reviewed your account and I don't see any purchases went through on 1/27. If your card statement shows the charges as pending, the pending charges will typically fall off within 72 hours. The last purchase I see on your Rewards account was on 1/24 for a Carnival gift card. Check your transaction history for your purchases: https://www.aarp.org/rewards/transaction/#view=purchases
