Winning Emails sent to old email address

When I get an email that I have won a sweepstakes or instant win it goes to an old email address that I had when I originally joined AARP.  I changed the email on my AARP account over a year ago.

 

I have contact AARP support, via chat, email and phone, about this and it has not been resolved.  I have also contacted HelloWorld support and they said that AARP must change my email.

 

This is happening to two of us here.  Is there any way you can help to resolve this issue?

It is happening to me too.  Hope this issue can be resolved for everyone.
