  Hi Teri,  I am a newly retired US citizen!!!!  Now, I can relax and enjoy my elderly years!!!  I also signed up for the AARP membership this year.   I like learning and earning points on AARP activities!!!  I have had telephone conversations with agents ( on the "rewards" phone #) ywice they said they would escalate my points redemtion issue.  Still says ... unable to process your redemtion request!!   I sure would like to try to win some sweepstakes with my points.... and enjoy gifts with family and friends. 

Hope its not too hot were you are .... its 100° outside, here in Missouri

FYI, I play every day (7 instant wins) and I average about 1 every 1 or 2 months.
