My account was finally corrected to enable redeem points.   It took over 4 months...I have rejoined AARP, but should it occur again for a long stretch I shall demand a refund.

I am able to earn points, but unable to redeem...2 months now and several calls and escalation.  No feedback whatsoever...SO I quit and got a refund.  Maybe when they fix this website and have a little better customer support/services I will reconsid...

I am having the same problem...I have called rewards # several times and this has been escalated to a technical team for several weeks.  No one responds or will let me know status.   I am considering quitting AARP
