Admins, please help us with missing BK $10 cards

@AARPJanelleM  @AARPTeri  and any other admins on the board

Could you look into the snafu that caused all of us who redeemed for the Burger King cards to get nothing?  Points were deducted but no emails received.

Many of us commented on the "latest" thread but I am thinking no one received them.  

(If anyone did, please comment here)

It would be so nice not to have to spend a lot of time calling customer service for something that is clearly a widespread computer error, not the result of anyone's spam folder or browser cache.

The link for redemption of the Burger King doesn't work so it's not resolved.I have called customer service again!

I called and was told this is the first time they have heard there was a problem with the BK gift cards not being sent.  The man I talked to kept trying to tell me that my email address wasn't correct.  I told him I just logged in with the email I gave him.  He then said he refreshed his system and it showed the email I gave him.  He claimed I must have just changed it.  But I have had this same email address with them  I have a folder of emails from AARP rewards that dates back to 2018 at this same address. Just another of their many problems.

 

Of course I got the standard response that it is being escalated and will take them 3 to 5 business days to give a response.  Just have to wait and see the outcome.
