Scramble Words not awarding points

Excited to see a new game in the list!  My excitement did not last long as no points were awarded.  I tried two different browsers.  Still no points.

And I still don't get points for Codeword.   Maybe once every week or two.   

I  do get points for the other games.

I found it sometimes worked if I clicked "play again", but not consistently.  I was always playing it first since it was first on the list. I decided to play other games first then try Scramble Words. Interestingly it has worked 3 days in a row. Again you still have to click on play again. We'll see how long this works or if it was just a fluke. Always and adventure, but very frustrating when you play a game and get no points.

The only way I can get points is to lose!!!!!  I can win, hit play again, and win again  hit play again still no points but if I lose and hit play again I will get points.

With codeword if I don’t get points I have to go back a day or 2 and replay other days ( even though I won and got points they do not show it). App is so hit and miss!!!!

UPDATE:  Hope springs eternal.   Saw Scramble Words this morning back in the list and HOPED techies had fixed it.  Tried in two different browsers but again no points.

Not sure how you earn points on this game. I tried this morning and got to round 3, but "failed" so game ended. I wonder if you need to get a minimum number of points to get the reward points?

There are no critieria for points to get 300 points.  I've scored high, I've scored low, I've clicked on "play again" and still no points.   I think I've gotten points once since the game came online for points.  Played it for years before so it's not like I don't know how to play the game.   There is a glitch somewhere, just like Codeword which gives points to me maybe one time in a month.

it didn't stay on the list of activities very long. just a few hours, now it is gone.  Hope it comes back soon

Someone suggested we Review Results after completing Codeword before submitting results. Since I started doing that, Codeword hasn't missed awarding my points. Select "review results", wait for the confetti to stop, then select "results" and then "submit". It's worth trying... It's been working for me. Good luck.

@AARPConsumerCare   Diana G,  you cannot replay this game.   I have been playing Codeword for years and know how to play the game.   For some reason it does not give me points but a couple of times a month.  I will try Diana's helpful suggestion above.

yeah, played on ipad and laptop.  ipad did not let me get past one level but laptop I got through several levels but no points even though it is listed in the earn points section

Scramble Words does not seem to award any point. I played several times as it's my favorite game; no point.
