The balance of activity rewards points is not calculating correctly. I first noticed this in October, and had no luck with @CustomerCare, but I have been tracking it. The data is copied and pasted from AARPs website. The balance column is calculated...

Just like Outspell, the only way to get the points is to hit " Play Again."
