some gift cards still show up when you filter all but gift cards, also hearing even with filters some gift cards do not show up and you have to check other ways to find them.

I have VSP but not through AARP. Costco takes the VSP I use. If you don't have a costco membership I think you can still enter Costco for this service but call and ask them.

about as bad as typical magazines that start billing you 6 months early

mine is still saying incomplete and if it is happening to us how can they be out of cards unless they decide to say they are out of stock and no one actually was able to redeem?
