10 working days means two weeks but they have not been getting this fixes on the first pass. Sometimes 3 or 4 times if you are lucky. File a complaint with better business bureau for additional help. Good luck.

I notice on two of the crosswords (not the members only) it won’t award then I do it again for the previous day and it awards points. For some unknown reason I do the puzzle today then tomorrow it says I did not do yesterdays but I remember most of ...

most of the gift cards are $5. They have had higher ones but lately not too often. You might win a higher card with instant wins or sweepstakes but redemption seems to be closer to $5
