All of a sudden I am not getting points for steps. It shows my Apple Health is synced ( I even unsynced and resynched). It had given me points every other day the last 4 days (my apple health shows I have walked 5000 or 10000 each of those days). AA...

yes. Fitbit has not synced for months. I tried on my own then list interest until 2 weeks ago I contacted help, they put me through the paces and still nothing. They said they would “escalate” and contact in 5-10 business days. Well that has come and...
